At Impact Recovery Center, we adhere to the original 12-step process, providing our participants a pathway to change. The 12 Steps
Unlike programs that span several months, our participants complete our regimen in a span of 35 days. Each step is thoroughly addressed, ensuring full benefits of the 12 steps. Additionally, we offer a post-care program enabling our graduates to engage in the ongoing efforts required for sustained recovery.

Step One
We acknowledged our lack of control over mind-altering substances — that our lives had become chaotic -
Step Two
Came to trust that a Higher Power could restore our sanity -
Step Three
Made a choice to submit our will and lives to the care of God as we perceived Him -
Step Four
Conducted a thorough and fearless moral self-assessment -
Step Five
Confessed to God, to ourselves, and to another person the exact nature of our faults -
Step Six
Became entirely prepared for God to eradicate these character flaws -
Step Seven
Humbly requested Him to eliminate our shortcomings -
Step Eight
Created a list of all individuals we had harmed, and became ready to make amends -
Step Nine
Made direct reparations to such individuals wherever possible, except when it would cause harm -
Step Ten
Continued self-assessment and promptly admitted when we were at fault -
Step Eleven
Sought through prayer and meditation to enhance our conscious connection with God as we understood Him, seeking only knowledge of His will and the strength to fulfill it -
Step Twelve
After experiencing a spiritual awakening due to these steps, we strived to convey this message to alcoholics and to apply these principles throughout our lives
