Shaun hails from Birmingham, AL, and has been nurtured by a big, affectionate family. During his youth, he was deeply engaged in sports and developed a keen interest in the culinary field. He pursued formal education at a culinary school and boasts three decades of experience in the restaurant sector. Shaun is known for his determination and focus.

In his early thirties, however, he faced challenges with alcohol and substance use that he couldn't overcome alone. Before joining Impact, he sought help, but it proved inadequate. His experience with the Impact program, where he completed an intensive 12-step process, was transformative. This journey has significantly improved his relationships, financial stability, personal life, and spiritual well-being.

Shaun is an invaluable member of our team, exuding a charming personality that positively influences those around him. His greatest joy lies in interacting with clients and witnessing their growth. Always ready to support both staff and clients, he excels in communication, attentive listening, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational prowess. These attributes are crucial in his role as Operations Manager.
