He assists clients and their families as they navigate the often daunting task of selecting the appropriate place for recovery. His insight into the challenges and anxieties involved in seeking assistance makes him a reassuring presence during these trying times.

Several years ago, Josh participated in the Impact program as a client himself. He discovered a level of happiness and freedom from substance use that he once believed unattainable. After experiencing a spiritual awakening through the 12-step program and developing a newfound reliance on God, he decided to join the Impact team. The opportunity to witness others achieve similar transformations has become a significant motivation for him. His primary aim is to guide men through this process so they can enjoy the same fulfillment he has found, and most importantly, become a reliable family member, a devoted father to his two children, and the man he was always meant to be.

Originally from Birmingham, AL, Josh earned a degree in Business Management from Troy University. His experience in external sales has sharpened his relationship-building abilities, which perfectly complement his responsibilities as an Admissions Specialist at Impact.

In his free time, Josh loves sports, playing golf, relaxing by the lake, and sharing treasured moments with his family. With his empathetic nature, personal journey, and professional expertise, Josh is a vital asset in helping individuals move towards a healthier, drug-free life at Impact.
