Inspired by his personal journey, Colby chose to work in the field of addiction recovery, beginning as a Program Manager at a well-regarded sober living facility. His enthusiasm for guiding others toward sobriety brought him back to Birmingham, where he now holds an essential position at Impact Recovery Center.
